What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Design, configure, implement, and optimize complex clinical systems to enhance compliance with regulations
Independently solve complex technical issues and prepare detailed specifications for clinical programs
Provide technical guidance and direction in the development and maintenance of clinical information systems
Manage multiple complex activities within the scope of projects, ensuring timely completion
Act as a liaison with vendors and business partners, ensuring alignment with project goals
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of five years in a related role
Strong background in Information Technology, particularly in troubleshooting and support for Epic Revenue Cycle applications
Experience in supporting Epic Revenue Cycle applications
Exceptional skills in diagnosing complex technical issues and implementing scalable solutions
Ability to independently manage projects and coordinate resources effectively
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Certification or experience in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing or Epic Resolute Professional Billing
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field, with equivalent experience considered
Experience in analyzing and revising complex clinical system logic and documentation
Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
