Key Responsibilities:
Data Warehouse Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the data warehouse architecture to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
Data Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources into the warehouse, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Performance Optimization: Implement and monitor performance optimization strategies for efficient data retrieval and processing.
Data Security: Ensure the security and integrity of data within the warehouse, implementing measures to safeguard sensitive information.
Team Leadership: Provide technical leadership to a team of data engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in data engineering with a focus on data warehouse development.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in data warehouse technologies, including but not limited to SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Remote Collaboration: Proven experience working effectively in a remote environment, utilizing collaborative tools for seamless communication and project management.
