Lead Data Product Analyst
Job Description: • Lead client and stakeholder data implementation projects, ensuring successful data integration and analytics delivery • Mentor data analysts and data product developers, elevating the team from ad hoc analysis to scalable, systematic analytical operations • Apply advanced analytics to identify performance trends, cost drivers, and quality improvement opportunities • Develop interactive dashboards and reports (Power BI preferred) that make insights accessible and actionable for clinicians, executives, and business users • Define and prioritize the data product roadmap, aligning analytics solutions with business objectives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data products, features, and improvements • Foster a culture of data literacy and evidence-based decision-making across the organization Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or related field • 5+ years in healthcare data analytics, including experience with health plan claims, clinical, and EMR data • Proven experience leading analytics or data product initiatives within healthcare organizations • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Power BI • Experience with Databricks, Python, or R for analytics strongly preferred • Exceptional data storytelling and communication skills, able to simplify complex analytics for diverse audiences • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration between analytics, clinical, and business stakeholders • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and strategic decision-making abilities.
