As the Lead you will be responsible for improving the prioritization, efficiency, and impact of member-facing communications across marketing, operational, and regulatory communications as part of the.Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Customer Engagement Analysis, you will have an immediate impact on driving efficiency and effectiveness across the delivery of more than $1 billion in annual discretionary, operational, and regulatory communications to Humana’s customers, members, and patients. You will drive adoption of analytical insights, establish customer and business impact-focused prioritization, and identify new opportunities to improve member and business outcomes; all while minimizing member friction.Key Role FunctionsAssess business cases of new campaigns and strategiesDeaverage data to identify segments of opportunityWork closely with teams of data scientists to monitor test vs. control performance of campaignsRespectfully challenge campaigns / strategies that do not have sufficient business or customer valueDevelop recommendations about which campaigns to scale up or wind downIdentify bigger picture insights/ thematic opportunities based on observing performance across portfolio of campaignsPresent analysis and recommendations to senior audiences as part of Measurement Council and Marketing Monthly Business ReviewThe successful candidate will have demonstrated success in creating and leveraging insights to identify opportunities that strengthen customer relationships to improve retention and drive engagement. They will demonstrate strong ability to influence key stakeholders, as this person must be comfortable working cross-functionally and collaboratively across Marketing, Enterprise Growth, MarketPoint, Insurance, CenterWell, Digital, IT, Corporate Communications, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations, among other lines of business. Other key elements to success include:Strategic & analytic orientation: A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics. Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by rigorous analytic marketing skillsStrong executive communication skills: Impeccable written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skillsClear results orientation: display an intense focus on achieving both short- and long-term goals.
