Collaborate with subject matter experts, educational consultants, and stakeholders to review and refine curriculum content. Oversee the digital adaptation and delivery of curricula through online platforms and learning management systems. Ensure curriculum content is inclusive, culturally responsive, and meets the needs of all learners. Develop training materials and provide professional development to educators on the effective implementation of the developed curricula. Evaluate the effectiveness of curricula through feedback mechanisms and data analysis, making necessary revisions. Qualifications: Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Design, Educational Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in curriculum development, with at least 4 years specifically focused on early childhood education. Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team of educators or content developers. In-depth knowledge of child development principles, learning theories, and state/national early learning standards. Expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies. Strong proficiency with digital content creation tools, learning management systems (LMS), and virtual collaboration platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
