Lead Consultant, Product Management – Technical

Job Description: • Contribute towards defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of one or more products in Allstate’s growing product portfolio. • Assist with establishing strategic product vision, product discovery, roadmaps, and backlog to maximize the customer and enterprise value provided by their product. • Authors, tests, and accepts stories; define and manage metrics to measure the success of efforts and to inform overall product strategy. • Use customer feedback, detailed market analysis, and data gathering to provide recommendations on decisions about product strategy.• Decompose complex problems into smaller manageable tasks by creating and prioritizing a backlog for the Product Team and provide timely stakeholder feedback on development iterations. • Represent the “voice of the customer”; invest significant time with current and potential customers to understand their needs and habits. • Engage in discovery/test & learn activities to quickly validate assumptions and product direction. • Work closely with key stakeholders and partners to define and execute go-to-market and communications strategies for products.Requirements: • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered • 5 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Ability to author, test, and accept stories • Experience with product discovery, roadmapping, and backlog management • Experience using customer feedback, market analysis, and data to inform product strategy • Experience defining and managing product metrics • Experience with go-to-market and communications strategies for products • Familiarity with systems thinking and Waterfall Project Management • Must submit to a background investigation • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this positionBenefits: • Compensation offered for this role is $104,000.00 - 187,625.00 annually • Joining our team isn’t just a job — it’s an opportunity.One that takes your skills and pushes them to the next level. • Allstate offers an environment that fosters innovative thinking • Support for causes that mean the most to you Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
