Requirements • University degree in ICT, engineering, or related fields; advanced degrees preferred. • At least 5 years of experience in emerging technologies and ICT policies. • Proven track record in managing international assistance initiatives. • Strong analytical skills with expertise in report writing and presentation. • Fluent in English at an advanced level.
