Operations Management: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, including operational governance of third-party vendor including: Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies in current business processes and recommending and/or implementing solutions to optimize compliance operations. Collaborating with various departments to streamline workflows and improve productivity. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights to improve/enable compliant operations. Generating reports and identifying trends using statistical and/or financial modeling. Documentation and Compliance: Ensuring program operations comply with internal policies and external regulations. Maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation for audits, and staying updated with relevant laws and standards. Project Coordination: Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Coordinating with different teams, tracking project milestones, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. Skills required: Commercial and business acumen; decision making and critical thinking; managing multiple priorities; risk management; compliance and business analytics; compliance program oversight; data gathering, analysis and reporting; managing third parties, and complex problem solving. Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint Skills required. Government sponsored program (E-Rate), Customer service and/or billing experience preferred Experience in Business Billing Operations: 3+ years Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership. Supervisor: No Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
