This role requires both a commercial and technical mindset, where you will manage critical partner relationships and ensure successful integrations of our AI-powered solutions with partner systems. You will work closely with both technical and business teams internally and externally to guarantee the long-term success and value of each partnership. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in scaling our partner ecosystem and driving business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Partnership Management:Own key partner relationships, ensuring technical alignment and successful integrations of EliseAI’s solutionsDesign, build, and maintain robust, secure, and scalable integrations between EliseAI and external platformsFoster long-term partnerships by building trust and understanding the evolving needs of each partnerCollaborate cross-functionally with teams including GTM, Product and Engineering to ensure seamless technical integration and execution of partnership initiativesLead complex channel partner integrations and projects, managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneouslyDevelop scalable solutions for platform partner enablementTechnical Collaboration:Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of technical integrations between EliseAI’s platform and partner systems, ensuring high performanceWork closely with partner CTOs, product managers, and engineering teams to share technical roadmaps, guide integrations, and define strategies for technical successLead technical discussions with partners to demonstrate how EliseAI’s platform can provide value and meet technical requirementsStrategic Growth and Optimization:Regularly engage with partners to identify opportunities for deepening collaboration, expanding offerings, and driving mutual successConduct regular reviews of partnership performance, analyzing data to report on progress and identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and growthDevelop and implement strategies to grow existing partnerships and maximize their impact on the businessRequirements6+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or partner engineering, with direct experience building and maintaining third-party integrations in productionExperience working for a VC-funded start-up or high-growth technologyHighly technical background with strong expertise in API architecture, system integrations, and enterprise technology ecosystemsExperienced in managing long-term partnerships, with a deep understanding of how to grow relationshipsExcellent at communication and engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Capable of leading technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to take ownership of technical projects, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented approachWillingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a weekWhy JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
