Lead CA Title Examiner (Remote)

This role requires a thorough understanding of title search, examination, and curative processes, as well as strong communication and organizational skills. Conduct thorough title searches and examinations to identify any potential issues or defects.Ensure accuracy and completeness of title reports and documentation. Review and interpret legal documents such as deeds, mortgages, and easements. Communicate any title issues or concerns with relevant parties, including clients and underwriters. Lead and supervise a team of title examiners, providing guidance and support as needed. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, laws, and best practices related to title examination. Collaborate with other departments and team members to resolve complex title issues.Utilize various software and databases to perform title searches and examinations. Manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain productivity. Train and mentor new title examiners on company processes and procedures. Conduct quality control checks on title reports and ensure compliance with company standards. Maintain organized and accurate records of all title examination activities. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
