The Compliance Business Applications Solutions team provides support for projects and systems across the Compliance organization. The team manages and communicates production releases, working closely with technology and regulatory change partners to ensure data integrity, adherence to internal process & procedures, and issue resolution. This role provides services as product owners and to drive development efforts on behalf of Compliance partners. These services include participation in the software and systems development using the Agile process. Facilitation of meetings and prioritization of requirements or stories to drive out the development of strategic solutions for compliance. Skills required for this position include knowledge of both compliance... business and technology, experience in the risk framework and agile development, data analytics and management, reporting, testing, and procedure writing. This role will also provide user support and conduct research to resolve questions and work on sustainability of our systems and data. The team has ongoing responsibility for foundational risk components, data creation and monitoring, inquiry and defect management, and data quality. In addition, the team manages and communicates production releases, working closely with technology and regulatory change partners to ensure data integrity, adherence to internal process & procedures, and issue resolution. In this role, you will: Learn processes and systems quickly to be able to work as, or with, the subject matter expert on any compliance application. Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans Maintain the business data dictionary for the application, documenting user stories to define detailed requirements, manage technology release validations and communications Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience in defining business processes, controls and detailed requirements and project planning Strong analytical and problem solving skills Act as a subject matter expert for compliance applications such as SHRP Business Profile Management, Governance Management, and In-solution reporting used for data analytics and trouble shooting; Risk and Reg Change Management tool and EARL.
