Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 annually
Car Allowance: $300/monthly
Cell Phone Allowance: $75/monthly
Travel Requirements: More than 50%, including travel to Miami for onboarding, training, and quarterly meetings
Schedule: Set your own hours with 4 days in the field and 1 day remote from home
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare business development
Established network of physicians/hospitals in the Naples healthcare market
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively across all levels, including C-suite leadership
Results-oriented with a proven track record in meeting goals and objectives
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a monthly business plan to promote physician referral growth
Act as a product line expert and communicate effectively with MDs, offices, and patients
Build and maintain constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Mentor and train Physician Business Development employees
Execute strategic priorities and manage strategic projects annually
Conduct educational outreach and serve as a primary liaison between local healthcare providers and our organization
