Grundfos Americas Corporation is seeking an experienced Lead Brand Manager to join the Brand Management team. The Lead Brand Manager will drive, impact, and implement the global ONE brand direction ensuring we build a clear and relevant position locally. They will be responsible for all Grundfos USA branding activities including collaborating with local/global performance and functional unites to identify key brand activities to ensure we are continuing to build and raise strong brand awareness among key customers/stakeholders that will support the business growth in the USA. This position reports directly to the Director of Brand Management and will operate on a minimum 2 day on site Hybrid schedule out of the Brookshire, Texas facility.

Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in the USA without support.

Your main responsibilities:

Drive, support and secure global ONE Brand direction:
• Act as a key local/regional brand ambassador supporting and driving key brand directions towards local marketing office and global PU representatives.
• Act as a local representative towards the global office pushing and supporting a strong, relevant, and truly global brand position.

Drive and develop locally relevant brand activations:
• Understand USA business dynamics, objectives, and challenges to develop more enhanced USA branding strategy to elevate the Grundfos brand.
• Responsible and accountable for executional budget, planning and controlling in alignment with key group and local priorities.
• Drive locally relevant development of new brand content to be in alignment with global brand strategy and in close collaboration with local functions.
• Drive local agency management.
• Drive and develop local brand activities in close collaboration with local functions.

Drive best in class digital media execution:
• Orchestrate the local digital media landscape ensuring local perspectives and variations are integrated in the development and execution of activities/campaigns.
• Ensure that our channel mix and media framework deliver optimal business impacts across the entire user journey.
• Be the local contact/expert for paid media agencies.

Your background:

We imagine that you have:
• A master’s degree preferred in marketing, business management, or related field.
• A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in branding (both B2B and/or B2C) or relevant global B2B (B2C) marketing role.
• Proven track record of developing and running impactful marketing and brand campaigns.
• Experience in working in matrix organization or cross product categories/divisions.
• Good communication and insight gathering skills and ability to articulate core ideas and tactics that support campaign/marketing objectives.
• Results oriented with a track record for driving marketing efforts that have measurable business impacts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate within a matrix organization.
• A strategic thinker and willing to think beyond the ordinary and drive flawless execution.
