About the role
BPM Advisors is seeking a senior Lead Box Solution Architect / Engagement Lead for a major Los Angeles County employee onboarding modernization initiative. This is not a generic PM role. We are looking for a hands-on Box implementation leader who has personally led design, configuration, integration, and rollout of HR onboarding solutions built on Box Sign / Box eSignature and can also run workshops, align stakeholders, and drive delivery from discovery through go-live and stabilization.
The solution uses Box Enterprise Advanced and Box Sign to replace the current employee onboarding module and support annual compliance distribution across five pilot departments, with a design that must be repeatable for future County rollout.
What you will do
ā¢ Lead discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders
ā¢ Own overall solution direction across onboarding, annual compliance, architecture, and rollout
ā¢ Drive project kickoff, planning, status governance, risks, and issue resolution
ā¢ Guide design decisions across Box Sign, Hubs, metadata, folder taxonomy, role-based access, and reusable templates
ā¢ Coordinate closely with the workflow, integration, governance, testing, and training leads
ā¢ Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization
Required qualifications
ā¢ Current Box Certified Professional certification
ā¢ Minimum 3 years within the last 5 years delivering design, configuration, integration, and implementation services for an HR onboarding solution using Box.com eSignature / Box Sign
ā¢ Strong hands-on Box implementation experience, not just project coordination
ā¢ Strong experience leading stakeholder workshops and producing defensible solution decisions
ā¢ Ability to clearly document relevant experience with client name, dates, role, and scope
ā¢ Must be based in the United States
Strongly preferred
ā¢ Experience with Box Hubs, Box metadata, Box folder/workspace taxonomy, and Box Governance
ā¢ Experience in public sector or regulated document environments
ā¢ Experience supporting production cutover and stabilization
