Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements. Collaborate with application architect for architectural blueprints and supervise their execution. Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and security standards. Conduct code and design reviews to ensure adherence to best practices. Integrate applications with existing systems and infrastructure. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Monitor and manage application lifecycle, including upgrades and maintenance. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Metrics: deliver development assignments on agreed-upon time frame, keeping good communication and skills at the center, be engaged and provide inputs during planning. Disqualifiers: Missing technical requirements & soft skills, utilizing AI during interviews. Additional qualities to look for: Prior experience in roles such as Senior Developer, Systems Engineer.
