Lead Agent Integration Engineer (f/m/d)* @ Parloa

YOUR MISSION: As a Lead Agent Integration Engineer (f/m/d), you will integrate Parloa’s product suite into our customers technical infrastructure, drive engineering excellence, and lead critical engineering initiatives. You will play a key role in mentoring and coaching engineers, while acting as an interface between our engineering, product, and customer success teams to shape the future of our platform through innovation and best practices, contributing to the success of the Parloa platform and customer projects. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Work closely with our customers to build an efficient integration architecture, incl. solution architecture or data flow diagrams Run workshops with our partners and customers around Parloa’s integration services Lead technology improvements, initiatives and optimize engineering excellence Develop new features and functionality for a scalable and robust AIE ecosystem Drive tech debt reduction and enforce engineering best practices in testing, monitoring, and observability Act as a mentor and coach, supporting the growth of less experienced engineers Conduct pair programming and code reviews to maintain technical excellence Establish and maintain clear architectural documentation and guidelines Facilitate the productization of existing workarounds to enhance the AIE ecosystem Our Tech stack: Backend: TypeScript, Python, Node.js, API Gateway Infrastructure: Terraform, Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD Pipelines Databases: CosmosDB, PostgreSQL Monitoring & Observability: DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry AI & Data: LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Delta Sharing, Data ETL Pipelines WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: 5+ years of experience in customer-facing full-stack engineering, ideally in a B2B context Strong experience with Azure services, cloud deployment, and infrastructure management Strong API design expertise (TypeScript focused), including API versioning and security best practices Proven track record of leading engineering initiatives and mentoring teams Bonus points if you also bring the following: Basic knowledge of conversational AI and NLU-related ML Containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes experience WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
