LCSW/LPC
This is a part-time remote position for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). The role involves providing professional counseling and therapy services, addressing mental and behavioral health concerns, and supporting clients in their journey toward emotional well-being. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, offering one-on-one or group therapy sessions, and coordinating care with other healthcare providers as needed. The role also includes maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Social Work and Medical Social Work, with an understanding of diverse populations and healthcare systems
• Proven experience in Case Management to assist clients in accessing resources and achieving treatment goals
• Specialized knowledge of Mental Health and Behavioral Health to provide effective counseling and therapeutic interventions
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
• Active LCSW or LPC license in good standing
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is an advantage
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent field
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards in all interactions
