LCSW or LMFT Therapist

Therapist Duties and Responsibilities
Ability to work remotely and conduct sessions via tele-therapy. We will provide the system and trainingConduct regular appointments with clients who wish to converse with a mental health professionalEstablish positive and trusting relationships with clientsImplement various treatments and protocols to provide guidance and appropriately address client situationsContinually assess client situations and provide the proper ongoing treatmentsEducate and involve family members or other loved ones in the treatment process when necessaryRecord and maintain adequate notes about client visitsWhen required, refer clients to outside sources or agencies that can better address their specific needsMaintain the strictest confidentiality of each and every client situationMaintain all required licenses and the appropriate insurance
Therapist Requirements and Qualifications
Must be licensed in CaliforniaMinimum of a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related fieldMeet all necessary state licensure requirementsMental Health Therapist, LMFT or LCSWIEHP Credential Preferred (Not Required)2+ years of clinical experience, ideally working directly with clientsExcellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to actively listenSolid relationship-building capabilitiesA positive and compassionate attitudeKeen attention to detailAbility to effectively manage time and prioritize needsWillingness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, and licensure requirements within the fieldPassion for advancing the therapy fieldAbility to work independently or as part of a team
