At SugarPros, we’re a holistic telehealth endocrine and weight loss clinic helping people manage diabetes, obesity, and metabolic health through a mind-body-spirit approach. We are seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and Licensed Professional Counselors or Mental Health Counselors (LPCs/MHCs) who are passionate about mental wellness, behavior change, and health equity to join our collaborative care team. Position Details • Job Type: Independent Contractor • Compensation: Competitive per-patient rate (not hourly) • Schedule: You choose your hours • Location: 100% Remote (Telehealth only) Key Responsibilities • Conduct telehealth behavioral wellness visits focused on patients managing chronic health conditions • Address mental and emotional health related to diabetes, obesity, stress, trauma, and lifestyle changes • Utilize evidence-based tools like motivational interviewing, CBT, ACT, or solution-focused therapy • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of endocrinologists, nurse practitioners, registered dietitians, and MAs • Provide education and support around emotional eating, motivation, sleep, mindset, and medication adherence • Document sessions in our secure EHR • Participate in monthly case reviews or clinical huddles with the care team Skills & Qualifications • Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPC/MHC license in one or more of the listed states (multi-state licensure preferred) • Strong telehealth communication skills and trauma-informed approach to care • Experience supporting patients with chronic illness, disordered eating, trauma, or health behavior change • Comfortable using EHRs, video platforms, and structured care protocols • Organized, responsive, and committed to maintaining continuity of care • Passionate about faith-informed, whole-person, and equitable care delivery Training & Support Provided You’ll receive: • Onboarding to our clinical protocols and care model • Support from our medical and administrative teams • Opportunities for ongoing peer collaboration and continuing education We value your clinical independence but ensure you're never practicing alone.
