Description
Mental Health Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated and licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or licensed independent social worker (LISW) to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while providing exceptional care to our clients in Connecticut.
Requirements
Active LCSW or LISW license in Connecticut.
Master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health.
Strong understanding of mental health issues and therapeutic techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
Reliable internet connection and a private, quiet workspace.
Responsibilities
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to support client needs.
Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities.
Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality at all times.
