We believe in each other and recognize that every voice matters.About the RoleWe are looking for a virtual Child Adolescent Therapist to join our team to deliver family-centric and evidence-based care. This is a fully remote position. Responsibilities:Provide evidence-based individual and group treatment to patients and familiesUse measurement-based care to inform treatment planningCollaborate with other care team members (e.g., coach and psychiatrist)Provide feedback on program curricula and training protocolsProvide feedback regarding the various applications of technology in treatmentMaintain awareness of risk management issuesComplete documentation in a timely and thorough mannerParticipate in initial and ongoing trainings on the application of evidence-based and tech-enhanced care deliveryFacilitate skills or skills practice groups, as assigned. These age-based groups, for patients or parents/caregivers, focus on skills development and implementation based on the InStride Health curriculum. These groups are based in CBT, and integrate aspects of ACT and PMTWhat You Need to Succeed in the RoleLCSW MSW from an accredited school of social work Connecticut licensure appropriate to clinical disciplineStrong background in treating children and adolescents with anxiety and related disordersExperience and training in delivering evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT) Basic computer skills, facility with and openness to new technologiesExcellent written and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to be flexible and nimble and work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, mission driven environmentCulturally responsive with regard to diversity and inclusionAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information in a manner that inspires confidence and trustThe expected annual salary for this role is between $80,000-100,000.
