Job Responsibilities:
ā¢ Review and analyze extensive legal documents, contracts, and case files with extreme attention to detail and speed.
ā¢ Perform deep, extensive research on court cases, legal rulings, and relevant statutes quickly and accurately.
ā¢ Assist in preparing court cases, by synthesizing and interpreting thousands of pages of information on:
ā¢ Previous case documents for plaintiffs and defendants.
ā¢ Local judiciary court rules and relevant legal standards.
ā¢ Previous rulings from our assigned judge in the past year.
ā¢ All similar court rulings across the United States.
ā¢ Support the legal team by engaging in financial calculations included in complex contracts and agreements.
Skills and Qualifications:
ā¢ No prior law school or legal experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are driven to learn and excel in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment.
ā¢ Mastery of English: Candidates must be capable of reading and comprehending extremely long, detailed documents with speed and precision.
ā¢ Strong Mathematical Abilities: Many legal contracts will involve complex financial calculations. The ideal candidate must have a high level of proficiency in math to handle these tasks effectively.
ā¢ Extensive Research Skills: The role requires the ability to conduct rapid, deep research on varied legal topics and documents.
