About the position

Prince Law Group is a growing matrimonial and family law practice serving clients through complex and often sensitive life transitions. We handle matters ranging from negotiated resolutions to active litigation, and we value paralegals and law clerks who combine sound legal judgment with emotional intelligence. The role is available for an entry level or experienced paralegal or law clerk (salary will commensurate with experience) Role Overview The Paralegal / law Clerk will be the case manager on matrimonial matters from intake through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, while supporting the Attorneys. The Paralegal / attorney will work directly with clients and collaborate with the Attorneys.

Responsibilities
• Case management on assigned matrimonial caseload from commencement through settlement or trial
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery demands and responses, and settlement agreements
• Communication with clients, adversaries, and experts, with professionalism, discretion, and clarity during emotionally sensitive matters
• Maintain accurate and timely billing entries
• Utilize firm technology systems for case management and workflow efficiency

Requirements
• 1 plus years in a professional office
• Law Clerk requirement is a J.D.
• Ability to manage deadlines and billable expectations independently
• Comfortable working directly with clients in emotionally complex situations
• Interest in developing litigation support competency and long-term practice growth

Nice-to-haves
• Experience with modern legal technology platforms preferred
• Works collaboratively within a team-based legal environment

Benefits
• Base salary: $75,000 – $90,000 (competitive based on experience)
