Job Summary:
Under the guidance of our Vice President, Human Resources/Risk Management, you will provide exceptional customer support services to our department, maintaining confidentiality and upholding our organization's values and mission. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing high-quality service to all customers, including employees, applicants, and guests
Responding to routine requests, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to appropriate staff members
Assisting with recruitment functions, including scheduling interviews, verifying employment eligibility, and coordinating background checks
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files and HR documents
Coordinating departmental-related duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and preparing reports
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A High School Diploma and 5 years of customer experience (HR experience preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS databases (desired)
Ability to learn and adapt to new computer systems and maintain confidentiality
