Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are vital to our daily operations. Your duties will include:

Data Input: Accurately and efficiently entering a high volume of data from various sources into our databases and systems.

Data Verification: Cross-referencing and verifying data to ensure accuracy and consistency, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.

Record Maintenance: Updating and maintaining a variety of records, reports, and spreadsheets with impeccable attention to detail.

Document Management: Organizing and archiving both digital and physical documents to ensure they are easily accessible and properly stored.

Administrative Support: Performing other clerical tasks as needed to support the administrative team and overall office functions.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Computer Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a high level of comfort with various software and digital tools.

Typing Speed: A typing speed of at least 40 words per minute is preferred.

Attention to Detail: An exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies proactively.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
