Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless shipment servicing
Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed
Become a subject matter expert for TQL's OMASS department
Requirements:
College degree preferred, but not required (we value determination and skills over formal education)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong problem-solving skills with a forthright approach to conflict resolution
Ability to work with the latest technologies
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Interest in the complexities of logistics (beyond FTL)
