Receive and verify deliveries, reconciling mail packages and performing data entry and record-keeping tasks
Verify precision of postmark on return receipts against certified mail receipts
Sell stamps and provide exceptional customer service to clients
Scrutinize incoming mail items for signs of tampering or unauthorized access, and alert appropriate parties in case of security breaches
Perform general office tasks, including answering calls and responding to customer queries
