Landman / Title Abstractor (Oil & Gas Experience Required)
Experienced Utica Landmen/Title Abstractors needed immediately for contract positions at an established company with long term clients. Join a land services company with steady work and an excellent reputation with clients and crew members! Contract positions allow you to work remotely, almost exclusively, but preference will be given to candidates located in Ohio and who are willing to visit courthouses as needed (no overnights required). Candidates must possess:
Ā 4 year degree or commensurate experience
Ā 2 years experience abstracting in OH/PA - or - 4 years oil and gas abstracting experience in other regions - or - 5+ years equivalent relevant oil and gas related experience as a land tech, or similar field
Ā Superior computer skills including MS Works, MS 365, Adobe
Ā Ability to grasp new technology and platforms quickly
Ā Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and work with tight schedules
Ā Reliable internet
Ā Reliable computer (Windows preferred)
Ā Excellent written communication skills, allowing them to integrate well with all levels of the company
