Machem Capital LLC is looking for a dedicated Labourer in Metal Fabrication to join our HR department. This part-time, remote position offers an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates to gain experience in the dynamic field of capital markets, hedge funds, and private equity.


As a Labourer in Metal Fabrication, you will play a vital role in supporting various projects that contribute to our company’s objectives. We offer a competitive hourly salary ranging from $26 to $30, depending on experience.


Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and assembly of metal components
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
Work under the guidance of experienced fabricators
Utilize basic hand tools and machinery for fabrication tasks
Support the team in meeting project deadlines
Participate in training sessions to enhance skill sets
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality standards
Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback


Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to learn and take direction
Basic understanding of metal fabrication processes is a plus
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Good communication skills and teamwork ability
Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is an advantage
