Laboratory Sales Representative – Molecular & Genetic Testing
We are seeking experienced Laboratory Sales Representatives with an established network of healthcare clients and a proven track record selling molecular and genetic testing services. Candidates must maintain an active book of business and be willing to transition those relationships through our network of partner laboratories.
This role is intended for senior sales professionals who can generate immediate testing volume by leveraging existing physician, clinic, and healthcare system relationships while utilizing multiple laboratory partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and expand laboratory test utilization within an existing book of physician and healthcare provider accounts.
• Transition and actively manage an established book of business through our network of laboratory partners.
• Promote and sell molecular and genetic diagnostic testing services to physicians, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
• Educate providers and clinical staff on available testing options, clinical applications, and ordering procedures across multiple laboratory partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers, administrators, and clinical teams.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with laboratory partners and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new accounts and testing workflows.
Required Qualifications
• Experience in laboratory diagnostics sales.
• Direct experience selling molecular and/or genetic testing services.
• Established book of business with active physician/provider relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to transfer and grow existing client relationships.
• Proven track record of generating testing volume through physician relationships.
• Strong understanding of diagnostic testing workflows and clinical environments.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Compensation
