Key Responsibilities:
Β Assist in the sterilization of medical instruments, equipment, and supplies according to established protocols.
Β Follow strict guidelines and procedures to ensure all items are properly cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized.
Β Monitor and document sterilization processes, maintaining accurate records and logs.
Β Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of sterilization equipment.
Β Ensure the sterilization area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety and regulatory standards.
Β Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Β Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of sterilization techniques and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Β High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a health science field is a plus.
Β Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Β Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Β Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Β Willingness to learn and adhere to safety standards and protocols.
Β Prior experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting is a plus but not required.

The hourly wage for this position is $18-$19 an hour
