Lab & Customer Experience Support (1 Year Contract)

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to support our lab and customer experience operations as we launch a new program. This role is essential to maintaining operational excellence across sample intake, account management, and report delivery. Key Responsibilities: Workflow Coordination • Collaborate with different teams in the lab to identify and process specific samples. • Organize and stage samples for laboratory processing, ensuring readiness and compliance with internal protocols. Sample Activation & Account Management • Review digital and paper forms to determine report delivery requirements. • Create and manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing and reporting. Communication & Reporting • Serve as a primary point of contact for a small group of business partners, via email, ensuring clear and professional communication. • Communicate with clients using standardized email templates. • Monitor internal systems to track report readiness and ensure timely delivery. Data & Documentation Management • Maintain comprehensive records in the administrative system, including report status, account updates, and communication logs. • Verify the presence of key data in cloud storage and ensure proper documentation in the relevant internal systems. Qualifications • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Proficiency in navigating multiple digital systems and tools (e.g., internal dashboards). • Ability to interpret data tables and manage information accurately (Metabase experience is a plus). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality. • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel. • Background in laboratory or health tech environments is a plus.
