The assistant will work closely with the executive assistant to make sure that work and personal lives run smoothly. This is a hybrid remote/on-site role. This position will require travel. Responsibilities:
• Daily personal assistant responsibilities
• Heavy calendaring
• Travel is required
• Working with the EA
• Experience hiring and managing staff
• Planning travel
• Hosting and events
• Managing vendors
• 24/7 mentality
• No job is too big or small
Requirements:
• Legal to work in the US
• Fully vaccinated
• Passport ready, not expiring within six months
• Prior experience as a PA or COS for a busy executive
