Knowledge Management Technology Coordinator

The KM Technology Coordinator will support the operational and technology needs of the KM Tech Team, managing projects, maintaining the knowledge base, and assisting with budget tracking and reporting.ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and regularly solicit updates for the KM Tech Team’s project and task tracker using Smartsheet. Ensure all projects and tasks are tracked, reminders are sent, deadlines are met, and overdue items are flagged for leadership attentionDevelop rollup reports and dashboards for KM Technology Leadership to provide visibility into team progress and project statusCoordinate monthly KM Tech Team meetings, including updating the presentations, confirming room setup, and managing conference bookingsReview and update the team’s Knowledge Base (KB) both in OneNote and in iManage, identify gaps, utilizing the firm’s AI tools, where possibleSupport the AI Champion in identifying and highlighting opportunities to incorporate AI training and usage into the team’s daily operationsMaintain the KM Tech Team’s infoNet page to ensure information is current and relevant, and to make sure the team’s vacation calendar is accurately maintainedTrack and report on KM Tech Team budget using Smartsheet and other approved budget tools.
