You'll own critical product areas within our headless loyalty and advertising platform, building highly configurable and extensible products that integrate seamlessly with complex enterprise environments owned by clients and partners. This role requires knowledge of and experience with AI systems including foundation models, AI agents for reasoning and orchestration, ML models for predictive analytics, personalization and optimization, API-first product design, and a passion for working across functional domains including sales, marketing, design, and engineering to deliver exceptional outcomesKey ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute product strategy for consumer-facing products supported by headless platform capabilities, leveraging AI-driven development tools and agents to accelerate enterprise-ready solutions.Set priorities and direction for a team to build highly configurable products to support our offers and rewards marketplace and that also integrate with complex client environments using Kigo's agents, APIs and SDKs.Write detailed, specific product requirements for API-first features optimized for AI coding tools to generate enterprise-grade, production-ready code.Design and drive delivery of AI-powered features leveraging foundation models, AI agents for reasoning and orchestration, and purpose-built ML models for predictive analytics, personalization, and optimization.Partner closely with engineering and data science teams to ensure AI-generated implementations meet enterprise scalability, security, and integration requirements.Conduct enterprise client research and translate insights into precise technical specifications, working across traditional boundaries from sales calls to engineering architecture decisions.Drive agile development processes enhanced by AI tooling, with emphasis on backwards compatibility, versioning, and enterprise deployment workflows.What Sets You Up for SuccessRequired Qualifications5-7+ years of product management experience with technical background as a product manager, product designer, or software engineer and deep understanding of API-first and headless architecture patternsHands-on experience with Claude Code and other AI-powered development tools for building enterprise-grade product features that integrate with complex environmentsBackground in rapid prototyping and AI-assisted product development for configurable, multi-tenant enterprise environments with knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practicesKnowledge of AI systems including foundation models, AI agents for reasoning and orchestration, and ML models for predictive analytics, personalization, and optimization in production environmentsProven track record of launching successful B2B SaaS or platform products with ability to write detailed technical requirements for APIs, SDKs, and AI/ML featuresHighly collaborative mindset with passion for working across functional domains (sales, marketing, design, engineering) and excellent cross-functional stakeholder management skillsUnderstanding of enterprise software environments including authentication, security, compliance, integration patterns, and modern development stacksStrong analytical skills with product analytics tools and data-driven decision making approach using agile/scrum methodologies enhanced by AI-assisted workflowsPreferred QualificationsAdvanced proficiency with AI development tools including Claude Code and deep knowledge of foundation model capabilities, AI agent frameworks, and productizing LLM features for reasoning and orchestrationExperience building headless platforms, APIs, or SDK products with complex enterprise integration requirements and understanding of MLOps, model versioning, and A/B testingTrack record of successful cross-functional collaboration in matrix organizations, leading multi-departmental initiatives and working directly with clients alongside sales teamsExperience with enterprise integration patterns (webhooks, OAuth, SAML, API versioning) and familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and production monitoring toolsExperience in loyalty, rewards, advertising technology, or marketplace platforms with understanding of privacy regulations and data governanceTrack record of managing products with significant revenue impact ($10M+ ARR) and previous experience
