The Role: Kid Check Attendant - Cast Member
As a Kid Check Attendant - Cast Member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that kids have a blast while parents relax and enjoy their meal. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the Kid Check area, where parents can drop off their kids while they dine or play. You'll be responsible for:
Welcoming and checking in kids, ensuring that they're safe and secure
Supervising kids in the Kid Check area, engaging with them, and ensuring their safety and well-being
Maintaining a clean and organized Kid Check area, adhering to health and sanitation standards
Providing exceptional customer service to parents and kids, responding to their needs and concerns
Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests
Key Responsibilities
Essential Functions
Lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shifts
Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
Handle job stress and interact effectively with others, including guests and co-workers
Work in a fast-paced environment with flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, childcare, or a related field
Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate excellent communication skills
Basic knowledge of child development and safety principles
