Kick Ass Creative Director / Personal Brand Strategist (YouTube + Instagram) - Contract to Hire
I’m looking for a Creative Director / Personal Brand Strategist to help me design and scale my personal brand, not just manage social media.
I run a successful digital marketing agency focused on Google Ads for service businesses and mentorship for agency owners & service business owners. I already have an established YouTube channel (~22K subscribers), but my brand is currently too “technical/value-based.”
My goal is to evolve my brand into something aspirational, respected, and magnetic — similar to how creators like Iman Gadzhi position themselves — where my business is the vehicle, not the focal point.
This role is strategy-first, not execution-heavy.
What I Need Help With
Your primary responsibility will be research, positioning, and content direction, including:
Researching top personal brands in the entrepreneurship / agency / education space
Breaking down why their content works (psychology, positioning, storytelling, lifestyle, pacing, framing)
Helping define my personal brand angle, archetype, and on-camera persona
Creating a clear content framework for:
Instagram Reels
Instagram Stories
YouTube (top + middle of funnel)
Telling me exactly what to film
Reel ideas
Story prompts
Lifestyle content ideas
Talking points (not scripts, but direction)
Helping me shift from “just the value guy” to someone people:
Look up to
Want to be like
Trust
Genuinely like
I am not looking for someone to post content for me.
I want someone who thinks at a creative director / brand architect level.

Ideal Candidate
You’re a strong fit if you:
Have worked with personal brands, founders, or creators
Understand branding, storytelling, and positioning
Can reverse-engineer creators like:
Iman Gadzhi
Alex Hormozi
Other high-level founder brands
Think in terms of identity, perception, and narrative
Are opinionated and strategic (not afraid to say what won’t work)
Can clearly explain why something works, not just what to do
Bonus if you:
Have experience in entrepreneurship / agencies / online education
Can show examples of personal brands you’ve helped shape or scale
