ROLE OVERVIEWWe seek a motivated and results-focused Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who excels at customer service and enjoys mentoring team members to reach their goals in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities include:
Creating welcoming experiences for each guest by engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and lifestyle.
Acting as a product knowledge expert capable of selling and promoting a wide variety of apparel, from private labels to name brands and tailored clothing.
Contributing to the development of a highly customer-centric sales team by providing ongoing coaching and training on selling techniques, behavior, and operational standards.
IS THIS YOU?
To be an ideal candidate for this role, you should have:
A high school diploma or equivalent. A college or university degree is advantageous but not required.
Expertise in delivering excellent customer service and in resolving problems and complaints.
The ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.
