For many of our users, Hedepy is their very first step into mental health support.We're now looking for a Key Account Manager for our clients in Poland to join our Client Success team - someone to lead the sales of our educational activities, care for existing clients, and identify opportunities to deepen partnerships.Your mission:Your role is key in building and nurturing relationships with our current and future clients in Poland.Your main responsibilities will include maintaining and growing client relationships, understanding their needs and business goals, presenting our services, negotiating contract terms, and supporting them throughout our collaboration.You’ll also be tracking and analyzing results achieved by clients, identifying evolving needs, and working closely with other teams at Hedepy to provide a holistic service. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for selling additional services - such as webinars and workshops - and actively acquiring new clients interested in these solutions.Your responsibilities:Leading client meetings Monitoring NPS and churn metrics Maintaining relationships with Hedepy clients Actively building client trust through tailored solutions, consulting, and support Collaborating with our internal teams to deliver the right solutions Presenting Hedepy’s offerings Preparing new proposals for current clients Upselling additional services such as webinars and workshops Preparing reports on current sales and sales forecastsRequirementsThe ideal candidate: Has 3+ years of B2B sales experience; HR-related services are a plus At least 3 years of experience in customer success or account management Very good knowledge of English (our primary internal language) Strong communication and negotiation skills Good time and task management Relationship management skills A background in psychology is a plusBenefitsWhat you can look forward to:In addition to the base compensation, you will receive a bonus tied to closed partnerships.We offer free psychotherapy sessions on Hedepy. :)We have a cozy office in Warszawa, Prague and Brno but operate on a remote-first principle, allowing us to work from anywhere thanks to technology - what's important is that you're available during our clients’ working hours.You will have the opportunity to work with an international team from 10 different countries and get to meet them on teambuildings organised by the company.Does it resonate with YOU?
