Key Account Manager – Export Markets (m/f)

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing business with customers in international markets. The role focuses on strengthening relationships with existing partners and more importantly identifying new opportunities for growth across export territories. It requires strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term partnerships that support sustainable sales development with retailers, distributors and strategic partners. Key Responsibilities • Managing and developing relationships with key customers and distributors in export markets • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company’s international presence • Lead commercial negotiations and manage contracts with partners and distributors • Achieving agreed sales & margin targets and supporting the company’s export growth strategy • Continue to monitor payment schedules from our clients closely and follow up as needed to make sure everything is processed on time • Monitoring market trends, customer needs, competitor activities and suggest appropriate commercial solution. Supporting the introduction of new products and concepts to international markets • Coordinate internally to ensure efficient execution on export markets • Representing the company at international trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings Your experience and qualifications • Proven experience in international sales and export markets • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills • Understanding of bakery products, including frozen bakery assortments, as well as ingredients and food production processes, is an advantage • Strong analytical skills • Well-developed network within relevant international markets is a plus • Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working in an international environment • Fluent in English; other languages considered as an advantage Send your application directly via the link below.
