Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze website specifications, technical requirements, content needs, and visual design briefs to understand project requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective testing strategies and test plans
Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze results, and report bugs and errors to development teams
Help troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure quality and reliability
Work closely with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Create and refine QA processes and protocols for clients and internal teams
Develop and maintain QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports
Research and adapt to new technologies and testing tools to stay up-to-date with industry standards
Review, respond, and assign incoming help desk trouble tickets
Oversee weekly automated website maintenance procedures
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Minimum 1 year of project experience in QA testing, preferably in an agile environment
Knowledge of QA methodology and testing software (e.g., Bugherd, Browserstack, Lambda, Email on Acid)
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail, analytical mind, and problem-solving aptitude
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to learn new technologies and software quickly
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
