We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior U.S. Tax Preparer based in Philippines or India to support our growing tax team. This role is designed for early-career professionals with foundational U.S. tax experience who are looking to develop within a structured, high-performance CPA firm.
Responsibilities
- Prepare individual (1040) tax returns
- Assist with S-Corporation (1120S) and Partnership (1065) returns
- Organize client documentation and maintain clean digital workpapers
- Follow firm preparation standards and internal checklists
- Support senior preparers and tax reviewers during peak season
Qualifications
- 1–4 years preparing U.S. tax returns
- Working knowledge of U.S. federal tax rules
- Experience with U.S. tax software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear written English communication
- Availability for partial U.S. time zone overlap
