Junior Technical Business Analyst (REMOTE)
About the position Responsibilities • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders. • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. • Support the development of business cases and project plans. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives. • Participate in the testing and validation of new systems and processes. • Provide support in the preparation of reports and presentations for management. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. • Basic understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Nice-to-haves • Experience with business analysis tools and software. • Knowledge of project management principles. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
