Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or virtual meetings, providing accurate and timely support.
Maintain accurate and organized client records in compliance with data privacy standards.
Collaborate with the team to ensure deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
Qualifications:
BachelorĀs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
Basic knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and principles.
Proficient in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Prior experience in tax preparation or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
