JOB TITLE: Junior Support Analyst
GOVERNMENT AGENCY : DHS ICE - OSDSS
POSITION INFORMATION : Full time
LOCATION: Primarily Remote – Occasional On-Site Support at PCN Building (500 12th St SW, Washington, DC) and Bren Mar (Alexandria, VA)
POSITION TIMING: Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance (processing time is approximately 4 – 6 weeks and must be completed prior to start)

Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Support Analyst to provide administrative and technical support to our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working across a variety of tasks and platforms. While much of the work can be done remotely, occasional visits to on-site locations will be required for equipment handling and onboarding support.
Responsibilities
• Process account and access requests using JIRA
• Send and maintain the weekly on-call distribution list using Confluence
• Assist with asset management using the Sunflower Asset Management System (SAMS)
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including collecting and tracking gear and forms
• Track completion of mandatory training for team members using Excel
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• I ntermediate proficiency in Excel ; must be comfortable using formulas, filters, and formatting
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Must be able to travel occasionally to the PCN and Bren Mar locations as needed
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (clearance must be granted before start)
Desired
• Knowledge of and/or the a bility to quickly learn JIRA
• E xperience editing Confluence pages
• Prior Asset Management experience: Sunflower Asset Management System (SAMS ) , strongly preferred
• Previous experience with onboarding/offboarding processes
