Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our partners meet the highest standards, including meticulously managing Equifax critical compliance and risk obligations.What you’ll doYou will be responsible for the performance management of a number of Debt Collection suppliers, ensuring they deliver the right outcomes in the most cost effective way, and ensuring that TDX’s compliance and risk obligations are managed What experience you needOrganisational – with multiple clients, internal customers and suppliers it is vital that the Supplier Manager possesses strong organisational skillsOperational Effectiveness – the ability to recognise opportunities for performance enhancement and negotiate the optimal performance delivery through effective insight and challenge to the suppliers Influence – demonstrate healthy and productive influencing ability. Able to earn the respect and confidence of others (internally and externally). Can build constructive and effective relationships, have difficult conversations when requiredCommunication – able to foster open communication and candid discussions.
