Its flagship fund, U.S. Real Estate Investment Fund (US REIF), is an open-ended, fully discretionary, commingled fund that is diversified both by property type and geography. They are in search of a Junior Staff Accountant who will be doing heavy bank recs, AP processing, and cash management across all the properties they have under management. What's in it for you: • $65,000 base + 10% bonus • Comprehensive benefits package • Opportunity to work semi-remote after training • Join an organization that recognizes and rewards hard work Responsibilities: • Track and record incoming and outgoing cash effectively for multiple bank accounts on a daily basis to ensure timely recording of activity in the accounting system. • Match cash receipts to tenant ledgers. • Verify and input invoices and transactions into the accounting system. • Maintain vendor records and applicable tax and insurance information. Qualifications: • Open to Recent College Grads with an accounting degree or someone with 1-3yr of general accounting experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills required. • Experience with accounting software, preferably Yardi, a plus. • The team-oriented individual that functions well under strict deadlines • Collaborative with strong communication and organizational skills There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
