Junior Software Engineer (Early Career)Location: Sydney or Melbourne (Hybrid – minimum 50% in office)Employment Type: Full-time About the RoleWe’re looking for passionate engineers early in their career who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to innovative projects. This role is designed for those who want to sharpen their technical skills, gain exposure to cutting-edge Generative AI solutions, and be mentored by industry leaders in a supportive environment. What You’ll Do Contribute to the design, development, and testing of software solutions.Work with modern technologies across Java, Python, or .NET.Collaborate on projects hosted on AWS cloud platforms.Learn and apply Generative AI concepts in real-world use cases.Partner with senior engineers and mentors to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients. What We’re Looking For Minimum 1.5 years of IT experience.Background in Software Engineering or related discipline.Proficiency in at least one of: Java, Python, .NET.Familiarity with AWS services.Basic knowledge or curiosity about Generative AI.Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn. Nice to Have / Bonus Points Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field).AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Developer Associate, or Solutions Architect Associate).
