Junior Software Developer - Web Applications

Your Role You’ll be the go-to builder for systems that tie together customer workflows, ERP integrations, and CRM operations. Success means creating reliable, documented solutions that scale smoothly and keep the business running like a well-oiled machine. You’ll: Build and maintain websites and web apps (front-end + back-end). Integrate APIs to connect systems and streamline workflows. Develop automations using Zapier, Make, or similar platforms. Configure and manage CRM systems (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or equivalents). Troubleshoot issues and document solutions for reuse. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements. You Bring: Strong experience in front-end or full-stack web development. Hands-on skills with JavaScript, React, Node.js, or similar frameworks. Experience integrating APIs and handling webhooks. Familiarity with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n). Comfort managing CRM platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.). High attention to detail with testing and documentation. Self-starter mindset, able to own tickets end-to-end. Excellent written and spoken English. Bonus Points: Startup or remote-first experience. Familiarity with Notion, Airtable, or dashboard tools.
