The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers.Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) is preferred.Experience in working with various BPO companies is required.Experience in customer/client support is a plus.A proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a BPO sales position or a related field is required.Communication: Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills are essential.A working knowledge of the sales process and various CRM software is necessary.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common office software tools is expected.The ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty is important.Requirements:Remote | Philippine-wideFull-time Graveyard Shift5 days a week, 2 days off, rdot when neededSalary for this position will depend on the candidate's level of qualifications and experience.For permanent position.Not presently employed by another company.Responsibilities:Identify and qualify senior business leaders as potential clients through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other methods.Collaborate with Senior Sales Executives to close deals with clients.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.Maintain the client database to ensure the Senior Sales Executive team can access current information on all leads.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Provide feedback to the sales team on client trends and needs.Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction.Disclaimer:This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
